Artificial intelligence is no longer a buzzword — it's the cornerstone of innovation driving global progress, revolutionizing industries from healthcare to finance. In fact, AI could contribute up to $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030, according to a PwC report

Many of today’s startups are harnessing the power of AI to scale faster, offer personalized services and tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges. Recognizing this transformative potential, Google is fueling the AI revolution by providing these startups with the building blocks, tools, and resources they need to create innovative and responsible AI solutions, accelerating the deployment of solutions that will benefit society as a whole.

Today, we're excited to announce the new cohort of the Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First. These 15 startups hail from five countries across Europe and Israel and are all leveraging AI and machine learning (ML) technologies to address societal challenges:

  • 7Learnings (Berlin, Germany) provides next-generation price optimization software powered by AI.

Google has really pushed what is possible in biology through AlphaFold and we are hoping to learn more about how to apply ML in this domain, particularly in immunotherapies, and how we can leverage Google's cloud technology to stay focussed on our own strengths.” - Yulia Lampi, Co-founder and CSO, Coding Bio

Over the course of the 10-week program, developed in partnership with Google Cloud, startups can access expertise from Google Cloud and Google DeepMind in a blend of in-person and virtual activities, a one-on-one 1:1 mentorship ring, and group learning sessions. In addition, the program features deep-dives and workshops focused on product design, business growth, leadership development and building responsible and ethical AI solutions that benefit humanity. Moreover, the program facilitates connections with venture capitalists and investors, opening doors to potential funding and partnerships. Startups also benefit from additional support and dedicated Google AI technical expertise and receive Google Cloud credits through the Google for Startups Cloud Program
