How to run on Intel CPU/GPU (with the fork being dead)

Since the fork in openvino-toolkit is dead, with the last merge 4 months ago, and being 1700 commits behind, what would be the preferred way to run stable diffusion webui on OpenVINO? Would just adding their script work with a current webui version? (https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/stable-diffusion-webui/blob/master/scripts/openvino_accelerate.py)
Or is there another preferred solution?
