Draw box zoom in map perspective

When the pitch is non-zero, the box zoom gesture should cause a box to be drawn on the plane of the tilted map, rather than the plane of the screen. Hit testing should also be consistent with the map plane.

How do I box-zoom Colorado while tilted? Should I start from the northwest corner as projected in tilt mode?
