When navigating back and forward from a video list, SPF randomly scrolls down position on video page (Chrome only)

I can repo this on Chrome but not Firefox.
Browser: Chrome Version 49.0.2612.0 dev-m (64-bit)
OS: Win 7 (64-bit)

Repo:

1. Open one of the video list, e.g. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bkHVIDjXS7sgrgjFtzOXQ/videos
2. Open the first video on the third row, "Operation".
3. Wait the page fully loaded, especially the comment section.
4. Navigate Back to the list by press backspace or click the back button on the browser.
5. Click on another video, the second video on the third row, "Analysis".

What happened: when you open the second video page, you will find your scroll position is not at top at very beginning, then it scroll back to top very briefly. But after the comment section is fully loaded, it scrolls down again for no reason.

What should happen: it shouldn't scroll at all.

If I use some way to disable SPF, the problem would be gone.

@fireattack Thanks for the report. I can repo the bug, and we're looking into a fix. At this point, I think the bug is in other YouTube JS, not in SPF's scroll handling. Either way, I'll close this issue when it's fixed.
