Scheduled -
As previously announced May 28th, 2024, Genesys Cloud's FedRAMP media services will fully migrate FedRAMP [US East 2 (Ohio)] to a Genesys-owned CIDR block beginning the week of August 26, 2024. Genesys is also expanding the RTP port range. These changes will occur in the FedRAMP region during off-peak hours.
Customers who experience issues should check their firewall, refresh WebRTC clients, and cycle managed hardware phones for GCV and BYOC Cloud. Customers who have not implemented the firewall rules should contact their network administrator immediately to avoid service disruption.
