Satisfactory 1.0 – Console (Xbox, PS5, PS4, Switch) Release Explained

Yesterday Satisfactory was released in version 1.0 on PC. This ends over five years of early access. Right now, you can buy this title on Steam and Epic Games Store.

For most of the time, developers were very careful with sharing any information regarding console versions. However, situation changed yesterday. In the launch trailer for Satisfactory 1.0 (more precisely at its end), we can see that the game will soon come to consoles. Unfortunately, developers from Coffee Stain Studios didn’t specify on which platforms Satisfactory will be released. It’s most likely that the game will be available on current generation consoles – Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. However, there is a chance that the title will also hit PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

Developers also didn’t specify when these ports will be released. So, you must be patient and wait for more information from Coffee Stain Studios. Now they are probably focuses on fixing technical problems, like crashes on launch or non-working dedicated servers, that plagues Satisfactory.
