👋 Say hello to Erica Yampierre, Production Underwriting Manager. Erica joined our business development team in 2021 and transitioned to the production underwriting team in 2023. Erica is taking over our LinkedIn today for an AMA (ask me anything). Before we dive in, here’s a little background on Erica and her role: She loved being broker-facing in her business development role and finding solutions for them. Still, she missed the levels of authority to manage her book of business that she had as an underwriter before joining Coalition. 🤝 She credits building strong internal relationships for helping her apply to and transition into her role as Production Underwriting Manager in the Southeast U.S. ✅ The autonomy given to employees to do their jobs and trust them to get things done is one of her favorite aspects of our culture.
