Edits the "quenching thirst" value of Boiled Water to be a midway-point between Dirty Water and Purified Water, and changes the ratio when converting Dirty Water to Boiled Water from 3:1 to 1:1.

This is a very simple patch which changes Boiled Water in Frost. Boiled Water is a sterile form of water (i.e. no risk of disease) but it's still radioactive. In Frost, Boiled Water has a "quenching thirst" value of 5 (the same as Dirty Water), yet Purified Water has a value of 20. I've changed it so that Boiled Water now has a value of 15 (significantly better than Dirty Water, but not quite as good as Purified. And remember, it still gives you rads too).
Additionally, I've changed the ratio when converting Dirty Water to Boiled Water from 3:1 to 1:1. The reason for this is that you originally lose two bottles each time you convert to Boiled Water (even with a mod like Fill'em Up Again, which only works when drinking water, not when crafting it). Now with a 1:1 ratio you don't lose any bottles. And it saves you some busywork, but with the same end result.
Basically, these tweaks make keeping hydrated a much less cumbersome task in Frost. Which personally suits my playstyle because I feel there's already enough genuine challenge in Frost without it feeling like a bottle-hunter simulator. I've uploaded this small patch here in case it's of use to anyone else.
The main version includes the required tags for the Frost version of Simplified Sorting (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28826). There's an optional download for anyone who'd like to use this mod without Simplified Sorting.
