Croup Manor as an original vanilla Fallout 4 settlement always felt a little underwelming for me. However, using various mods, I have turned it into a luxiorious though I think oversized manor fit for a large settlement. It uses the original base manor while expanding on it using the Snappy Housekit Mod by Robboten which gives this manor a larger appearence and function compared to the original settlement. It features a large master bedroom, three secondary bedrooms and a garage with an in-law or buttler suite based on how you view it. The garage on the settlement has all the ammenities for a functioning settlement.
This mod requires Transfer Settlements. I quickly rebuit the house and this has pretty specific instructions on what you need to do to create this. You must use the mod Clean and Simple - Croup Manor from Bethesda.net to work as it is the only version that is mostly flat and allows it to be built easier. It is pretty much a dependency for most Croup Manor bluepritns, and it would make it easier if someone chooses to take this mod and port it to Xbox or Playstation if possible.
So... How exactly do we begin? Well, this mod removes pretty much the whole dang building. As in all but the floors and foundation. You will need to have the mod Scrap Everythingto do this. You will need to remove first the outer walls and then the deck and upper decking/roofing that is on the second level. Then you can use the Settlement Blueprint for this to work.
It's a lot of work, but if you don't you will get some massive clipping.
80% of download points will go towards Give Kids the World I personally support this non-profit and volunteer with it, and the remaining 20% will help support me create more mods, and learn how to make mods. I love the purpose behind Give Kids the World, I was nearly sent to it on 2009 when they thought I had severe lukemia or bone cancer (I didn't) but I know people who have gone through it, and it helps send kids on a week long vacation with their family as they battle life threaning diseases, so they can have a week away from hospitals and doctors.
