the only way into this settlement is with a lift from this mod. if you have your own elevator assets to add then you wont need this mod. but for the full effect you should install this.
semi hard requirement. two buildings use the roof from this mod plus some flora and fauna. Roofs can be easily replaced with assets from cabin in the woods.
hard requirement. Most of the trees and flora/fauna come from this mod

A hidden village nestled within the forest swamps of Murkwater.
This settlement was built with assets primarily taken from the Masterplan group of mods by Ethreon. Other mods used for the flora and fauna include Creative Gardens by FrogprincessQ4 and cvc dead wasteland by cvcnex. These will be required in your mod list for import.
please check the required mod list. not all are important but anything marked as hard requirement you should have loaded in your mod list.
This is a blueprint of a settlement I built. if you want to add it in to your game you will need the Transfer Settlements Mod. its nexus page clearly lays out how to import this blueprint into your game.
I use the build high mod to expand the borders of all original settlements. You can use this or your own preferred mod that expands settlement borders.
The summer season mod by frogprincess was used in the screenshot. It adds the red flowers to the roof pieces from cabin in the woods.
