A simple pip-boy retexture, made to look naturally weathered as I've noticed many anime retextures looking very toy-like and out of place.
I'd make it a customization in the armor workbench but unfortunately this is my first ever mod and I still have a lot to figure out! I'm an artist, not a modder. But in the future if I do figure that out I will make the change.
