Each algorithm has or will have a page on the Wiki to provided a broad idea of the algorithm. It's recommended, if you don't know the algorithm, to read about the algorithm in the Wiki before look in code. Seeing the explabation of the algorithm will offer you a better undertanding about the algorithm.
