Main Spawn Point: Street (North)

Located right outside of the Golden Bamboo is the Main Spawn point for Rogue Black Ops. Take note of the fact that the Street extends throughout the entire length of the map, so remember that the initial spawn is in the northern location. This is where a large portion of Longshots can come from. The Street itself isn’t perfectly straight, so using the parked vehicles and part of the Drive-Thru’s dumpster area will be crucial for long distance line of sight breaks and cover during approach.

Major Point of Interest: Back Alley

The Back Alley, unlike the Street, doesn’t run the length of the entire map, per se, it is broken up into two pieces by the RV that sits in the center. This tactical area is a primary location connected to seven other important POIs. Not only is the Back Alley important as a control point, but it’s also the main focus for anybody operating on the eastern half of the map. Moving along the outer wall or fence is dangerous, but there are plenty of opportunities for Longshots toward or from the RV, as well as circle strafing and covering any of the five adjacent central exit points.

Major Point of Interest: Video Store

“Don’t pause, Fast Forward!” to get your membership to the Fast Forward Video Store, located directly in the center of Rewind. This massive store has everything you could ask for in a POI when it comes to a Rogue Black Ops vs. Crimson One showdown. Corners, elevated angles, cover, flanking opportunities, and even the snacks and refreshments to go with it all. Controlling the entirety of the Video Store will take teamwork, but if your team can do it, you may just lock down victory in most situations.

The back room of the Video Store is a Black Ops Hideout. The Hideout is seemingly harmless because, on the surface, it’s simply just a maintenance room for the building that doubles as a small storage warehouse that helps the store operate. But, if you look closely, you may notice a few things being covered up, and likely done so in a hurry. There’s no time to investigate, but you’ll need to lock down this Hideout if you wish to control the main flanking routes and rotation zones that surround the Video Store.

Tactical Location: Drive-Thru

The first thing visitors see as they pull into the Liberty Shopping Plaza is the Freedom Fried Chicken Drive-Thru, where “freedom never tasted so good.” Separated to the other side of the street from the rest of the strip mall, the Drive-Thru is a key piece of cover for any Operators attempting to get an alternate or wider angle on the Video Store, Cleaners, or even toward either of the two initial spawns. Lock down the Freedom Fried Chicken restaurant to gain an angled advantage over most of the western side of the map, as well as the Hardpoint located in the Drive-Thru exit. For the cleverer players, you may find a sneaky way up to a rooftop perch to keep tabs on anyone battling it out over the street below.

Main Spawn Point: Salon

The main spawn point for Crimson one is located right behind the Salon which gives you several strategic choices when choosing which path to take. The spawn point is directly adjacent to the street and the Deliveries section near the Back Alley. Taking the fight to the Street is the fastest way to get into the action against Rogue Black Ops, however it can also be the most dangerous road to take. Controlling both the Salon and the Radio House building can prevent any flanking maneuvers the enemy team attempts to take while attacking the “A” Domination zone, which is right outside the back door towards Deliveries.
