By selecting the upper dialogue option, Yasna will give her oxygen tank to Gorski, exposing herself to the planet's harmful atmosphere - The Invincible: Should I give the oxygen bottle to Gorski? - Important Choices - The Invincible Guide

Giving Gorski the bottle

By selecting the upper dialogue option, Yasna will give her oxygen tank to Gorski, exposing herself to the planet's harmful atmosphere. However, during the evacuation attempt, there will be an unforeseen accident, and Yasna will fall into a crevice. After regaining communication, Novik will tell her that Gorski has died. He's lying - a little later, while investigating the Alliance base, Yasna may discover Gorski's evacuation report. Novik will admit to lying, telling her that he did not want the woman to risk her life by trying to save her comrade at all costs. Gorski is currently on board Dragonfly and his condition is stable.

For Yasna, this option means having to breathe the planet's harmful atmosphere until she gets another oxygen tank. She will find it some time later during a storm, at the back of the yellow rover. While escaping from the depths of the City, she will suffer from hallucinations.

Keeping the bottle

By choosing the middle dialogue option, Yasna will decide to evacuate Gorski as soon as possible. The same accident will happen. After regaining communication, Novik will tell her again that Gorski has died - this time he is telling the truth.

Just like before, Yasna will find the oxygen bottle at the back of the rover during the storm. This time, however, she won't need it because she still has a significant supply of oxygen. This also means that she won't experience hallucinations while escaping from the depths of the City.
