This sound fix is a bit too loud imo (especially when in a building with reverb and ambience overhaul). Perhaps a version with a static attenuation of 5 db for WPNBrenGunBASEPlayerLPM?
It's not just you i haven't modified those at all, I can add it to my list to make those louder. My goal was to fix at least the player side of things as that is literally 99% of your experience of the weapon in game.
I really appreciate these audio fixes, there's several guns that just don't back up their power with appropriate SFX and don't feel good to use as a result. This makes them MUCH more satisfying to use.
thank you, i've been kinda avoiding using bren cuz of it sounds. also i think there's more gun that sounds so quiet and soft, but sadly i can't recall all of em.
For the changes that had to be made in the creation kit, i mentioned in the description that this is a workaround for a properly made sound. The work around fixes the soft and quiet sounding unsuppressed shot.
