Clothing saw major changes in the V 1.0 update. This page is dedicated to the new armor mechanics.
There are currently 16 armor sets in the game with 15 providing a set bonus.
Set bonus[ | ]
Every set provides an unique bonus to a player who wears all the pieces of the armor set. The bonus can be seen under the status effects in the right corner of the character menu. The strength of the bonus is depending on the quality of the lowest quality piece of the currently worn set.
Primitive armor[ | ]
The only armor set that doesn't provide any set bonus.
Light armor sets[ | ]
Lumberjack set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Increases wood gained when harvesting with an axe by 100 %. Swinging axes costs 5/10/15/20/25/30 % less stamina
Preacher set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Reduces the chance of critical injuries by 5/10/15/20/25/40 % and chance of infection by 5/10/15/20/25/100 %
Rogue set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Find 5/10/15/20/25/30 % more cash and dukes in loot
Athletic set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Regenerating health and stamina costs 10/20/30/40/50/60 % less food and water
Enforcer set[ | ]
Full set bonus: .44 ammo does 5/10/15/20/25/50 % more damage and the .44 Magnum and Desert Vulture reload 5/10/15/20/25/50 % faster
Medium Armor[ | ]
Farmer set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Food and drink heals 10/15/20/25/30/40 % more health
Biker set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Increases armor rating by 1/2/3/4/5/6 points. Minibikes and motorcycles use 2/4/6/8/10/20 % less fuel.
Scavenger set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Increases loot quality by 2/4/6/8/10/20 %
Ranger set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Increases reload speed with revolvers and lever-action rifles by 5/10/15/20/25/50 %
Commando set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Recovery items work 25/30/35/40/45/50 % faster
Assassin set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Enemies search for you for 15/30/45/60/75/100 % less time after losing sight of you
Heavy Armor[ | ]

Full set bonus: Mining tools degrade 10/15/20/25/30/35 % slower
Nomad set[ | ]
Full set bonus: Regenerating health and stamina costs 5/10/15/20/25/30 % less food and water
