After using it, press the prosthetic tool button again to make them face the opposite direction. Thanks to that you will be able to perform a backstab. However, the problem here is that this prosthetic tool is difficult to use.

Double Divine Abduction

The upgraded version of Divine Abduction is available in the early stages of the game - the only requirement is to have the first upgrade for Shinobi Firecracker. The only thing that this upgrade does is the option to make the enemies face the opposite direction again after the first use.
